Where are these kits from? We have purchased kits from independent designers and we have created our own kits as well. How long will each kit be available for? For the kits that we purchase from outside designers, we are offering no absolute guarantees. If you like it, buy it! What if I’m having trouble with the kit, technically? In most cases, the designer has a link to a blog or website that can offer you further information. We at Krafti-Kit will do the best to answer your questions via email. Just hit the Contact Us link. Who tested these kits? Krafti-Kit has a team of testers who have tried all the kits before we’ve offered them. What if I want to sell you folks a kit or idea for a kit? Go to the Sell to Us button for full details. What is your return policy? We will accept all returns, unopened, minus shipping for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us before making any returns. If something is damaged in transit, please email us immediately to make arrangements for a replacement kit. Do you have any plans for a “brick and mortar” store? No. Can we buy any of the kit components individually? No. There will be cases where we will sell accessories on our site that may be part of our kits. That would be the exception at this time.
