Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Your purchase and/or use of Krafti-Kit ("the Company") kits implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Purchased kits and their components, including yarn, needles, canvas, fabric, thread and patterns may not be resold in any format. Patterns are the exclusive copyright of the designer and may not be photocopied (except for personal use such as marking your place, etc.) or redistributed in any manner. You may not place any photos of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our Company. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall the Company be responsible for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. The Company will accept all returns, unopened, less shipping for store credit only, within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase. If any of your items are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately to make arrangements for a replacement kit. Please contact us before making a return of any kind. Individual kit components, including yarn, needles, buttons, thread and patterns are not sold separately. In general, kits are sold with the components listed on the website, however, occasionally a substitution may be made. Please contact us to inquire about a substitution. Krafti-Kit, LLC reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions with no prior notice.
